1. To ensure equitable access to technical education and vocational training
  2. To provide necessary policy suggestions to the Gandaki State Government in the field of technical education and vocational training,
  3. To arrange for the production of basic and medium level skilled manpower as per the market demand,
  4. To test and certify skills acquired through formal, informal and non-formal means,
  5. To make arrangements for conducting on-the-job training in collaboration with stakeholders,
  6. To develop Gandaki State Level “Gandaki Technical School” as a Center of Excellence,
  7. To develop and expand technical education and vocational training in the districts of the state in a planned manner.
